Junk Food
Hints :
unhealthy food – high quantity of calories – daily regular basis – becomingja system – results in lethargy – clogs our arteries – increases the risk of a heart attack
Answer:
Junk food is an unhealthy food because it contains high quantity of calories than sugar or fat with little dietary fibre. It is slowly and steadily eating away the health of the present generation as the term itself denotes how dangerous it is for our bodies. Most importantly, it tastes so good that people consume it on a daily regular basis. Various studies have shown that it has very low amounts of healthy nutrients and lack dietary fibers. Parents must discourage their children from consuming junk food because of its impact on our health. It is the easiest way to gain weight and cause obesity.
In reality it has no positive point except the taste of the tongue. The amount of calorie our body requires to stay fit is not fulfilled by this food. For instance, foods like French fries, burgers, candy and cookies, all have high amounts of sugar and fats. These, in turn cause diabetes and high blood pressure. These may also result in kidney failure. Throughout the world, enjoying junk food is becoming a system. But we forget that in the end it results in lethargy, inactiveness and sleepiness. It clogs our arteries and increases the risk of a heart attack. Let us proceed towards eating green vegetables and other fresh fruits and items to lengthen our breaths.
