To access the national scholarship application form, students must first visit the homepage at https://scholarships.gov.in/. Moreover, students can also access the application form through the National Scholarship Portal Mobile App.
Step – 1: First Time Registration
Click on the “New Registration” field.
You will then be presented with the guidelines for the process. Read through the instructions carefully before proceeding.
Click “Continue” to proceed
Fill in the required fields.
Then click “Register”.
You will then receive your student application ID along with its password on mobile registered at the time of application.
Step – 2: Logging in & Changing Password
Use the new application ID and password to log in.
Upon login, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification.
Enter the OTP
You will then be instructed to change the current password
Change the password and click continue.
Step – 3: Accessing the Dashboard
Post changing the password, you will be directed to the Applicant’s Dashboard.
Select “Application Form” to start the process.
Fill in the required details and click on “Save and Continue”.
Provide updated contact details and the scheme of choice
Upload the prescribed documents
Click “Save as draft”
If any errors are present, they will show up at this stage.
Rectify errors, if any; then click on the “Final submit.”

Haryana NMMS Scholarship
National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS Scholarship) is a centrally sponsored scholarship. This scholarship offers financial assistance to meritorious students of economically weaker sections. So that they can continue their studies after class 8th. Students pursuing class 8th can apply for this scholarship. Students have to appear in MAT (Mental Ability Test) and the SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) test to get selected for this scholarship.
Haryana NTSE Scholarship
Students pursuing class 10th can apply for the NTSE Haryana scholarship. National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) conducted in 2 stages. Students who will clear the Haryana NTSE will have to appear in NTSE stage2 conducted by NCERT. Haryana NTSE conducted on 4th November 2019.
HSCST Fellowship for Ph.D.

TS ePASS Pre-Matric Scholarships For SC/ST/BC/Disabled Welfare
Scholars studying in class 9 and 10 are eligible to apply.
Minimum attendance should be 75%, at the end of each quarter.

All must be persevering studies at post-matriculation level i.e. class 11th to postgraduation.
Bachelor students ready to pursue postgraduate studies from a university abroad can apply.
Maximum age limit is 30 years as on 1st July of the year of application.

Only applicable to the single child of the family.

TS ePASS Chief Minister’s Overseas Scholarship Scheme for Minorities
The scholarship is available for graduate or postgraduate scholars in branches like management, engineering, social sciences, pure sciences, medicine, nursing, agriculture sciences, and humanities.
The minimum percentage of scores in the qualifying exam must be 60%.
The students must be willing to seek a postgraduate or doctoral degree abroad in the USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, and Canada.
Maximum age limit is 30 years as on 1 July of the year of application.

TS ePASS Ambedkar Overseas Vidya Nidhi for SC/ST Students
The scholarship is available for graduate or postgraduate scholars in branches like management, engineering, social sciences, pure sciences, medicine, nursing, agriculture sciences, and humanities.
The minimum percentage of scores in the qualifying exam must be 60%.
The students must be willing to seek a postgraduate or doctoral degree abroad in the USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, and Canada. Maximum age limit is 35 years as on 1 July of the year of advertisement.
Annual family income should be Less than INR 2 Lakh (for SC students) and less than INR 2.50 Lakh (for ST students).

TS ePASS – Important Instructions
TS ePASS is fairly available for all the candidates belonging to any of the categories such as General, OBC, SC, ST.
It is necessary for students to attach a hardcopy of the photocopy of the bank passbook with the application form.
Registrants must submit the application form in the department concerned, in person and must receive the receipt.
Candidates must provide their own effective email ID and mobile phone number.
All the details and documents produced by the candidate must be authentic and real. If the given information is obtained wrong, then the application and data collected will be rejected.
Suspect applications will not be sent for scholarship and will be discarded at the same time.
Failed students are not eligible and should not apply for the scholarship.
Candidates who have applied for the scholarship or willing to apply are suggested to not share their individual details, bank account number, IFSC code, class 10th/12th roll number, password, and other delicate information to anyone.
Candidates can review their application status from time to time on the official website.
Candidates are required their ID and password produced at the time of application to see the scholarship status.
Candidates, those who are already enrolled with the portal have to renew the account by adding the updates. No new registration is required.
All updates regarding the scholarship are updated on the official portal in a regular interval of time. Candidates are requested to stay in contact for regular updates.
Candidates are suggested to check the scholarship updates on the portal on a regular basis. They must obey all the instructions timely and carefully so that they cannot miss the chance to get the scholarship.
FAQ’s on TS ePASS
Question 1. Can a student register after the last date of application?
Answer: No, students have to register themselves within the given time limit, unless the date is extended by the concerned authority.
Question 2. Is bank account details necessary?
Answer: Yes, it is necessary, to receive the scholarship amount and TS ePass account balance check. Students should have an account in any of the nationalized scheduled banks.
Question 3. How can a student change their bank details, if he/she has already given details while registration on epass website?
Answer: Any student who wishes to change their bank account details in the epass portal has to submit the original bank documents to the concerned welfare officer who further submits a change request to the PMU.
Question 4. What is the meaning of verification in the scholarship process?
Answer: The method of verification is actually meant to check whether the details given in the scholarship form are accurate as per the documents included. The verification is made in two steps particularly college verification and Independent verification.
College Verification: Here, the college principal has been asked to verify the documents provided by each student with the details in the application form. Once the verification is finished and all details are found correct, he/she would certainly sign the same and send it to the department for confirmation by the verification officer appointed by the District Collector
Verification by the Verification Officer: the verification officer appointed by the District Collector will conduct physical and documentary verification and submit his report either accepting or rejecting the scholarship application.
Scrutiny by the Welfare Officer: before each and every application is taken up for permission it is the responsibility of the welfare officer to satisfy himself of the verification by the college principal and the verification officer and finally sanction the scholarship.
Question 5. What is a post-matric Scholarship (PMS)?
Answer: A post matric scholarship is granted to students by the welfare departments of the Govt. for allowing eligible students who have passed Class 10th (SSC examination or equivalent to seek post-matric studies such as intermediate, ITI, polytechnic, professional courses, graduate and postgraduate courses, Ph.D., etc.

Odisha Scholarship 2020 Eligibility Criteria
All Odisha scholarship online begins with specific requirements to be satisfied by the candidates. The candidate shall apply for the medhabruti only in the year of joining (1st year of the course).
The candidate must have passed +2 of CHSE, Odisha/ class 12th or equivalent exam from an institution recognized by CBSE/ ICSE.
The candidate must have scored at least 60% marks in their 12th standard.
Post Graduate Merit Scholarship (Medhabruti) – All categories
The annual family income of the candidate shall not exceed INR 6 Lakh per annum, from all sources.
The candidate shall apply for the medhabruti only in the year of joining (1st year of the course).
The candidate should be pursuing a post-graduate degree from any recognized institution/ university.
The candidates must have scored at least 60% marks in their graduate degree.
Technical and Professional Merit (Medhabruti) – All categories
The annual family income of the candidate from all sources shall not exceed INR 6 Lakh per annum.
The candidate shall apply for the medhabruti only in the year of joining (1st year of the course).
The candidate must be pursuing either any regular technical degree or any professional undergraduate degree and integrated course duly recognized by the government regulatory bodies like AICTE, MCI, DCI, etc.
The candidate must have scored at least 60% marks in the last qualifying examinations.
PRERANA- Post-Matric Scholarship for SC
The applicants’ annual family income must not exceed INR 2.5 Lakh.
The applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha.
The applicant must be continuing his/her post-matriculation studies in any of the courses mentioned under Group I, II, III & IV.
The applicant must be studying in a government or government-recognized private institution.
PRERANA- Post-Matric Scholarship for ST

Pre-Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities
The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities announces the details of the scheme and invites applications by issuing an advertisement in the leading newspapers and through the websites. The applicants should submit their application through the on-line system within the last date prescribed for receipt of applications along with all the necessary documents in the prescribed format. After filling up the application online, the applicant should submit a print out of the application to the School/Institute in which he/she is studying. The School/Institute shall forward the application to the Education Department of the State Government concerned after doing the necessary verification.

The scholarship also includes a monthly reader allowance for blind students, monthly transport allowance in case the student is not a hosteller, monthly escort allowance for severely disabled (80% or higher) and monthly coaching allowance to mentally retarded and ill students.
Post-Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities
The scholars selected through this scheme receive a maintenance allowance, additional allowance depending on the disability of the student and reimbursement of compulsory non-refundable fees.
Prof. Ghanshyam Dash Scholarship for Higher Education
The selected scholars receive a waiver of 90% of the academic fee and other expenses for the entire duration of a 4-year course up to an amount of INR 1 Lakh per annum.
Scholarship to Meritorious Students under Central Sector Scheme
The rate of the scholarship for students at graduation level is INR 10,000 per annum for the 1st three years of college and university courses. The rate of the scholarship for students at the post-graduation level is INR 20,000 per annum. Students pursuing a professional degree/ integrated courses are eligible to receive INR 20,000 per annum in the 4th and 5th year.
Vidyadhan Scholarship Program (Odisha) (1st and 2nd year)
The selected scholars will receive a scholarship of up to INR 6,000 per annum.
Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Senapati Scholarship
The selected scholars will receive a scholarship worth INR 20,000 as a one-time payment.
Financial Assistance to Sportspersons

FAQ’s on Odisha Scholarship
Question 1. How can I apply for a Scholarship, if I haven’t availed it in the first year of the course?
Answer: Online fresh application submission is possible only for 1st-year students. Take out a printout of the Scholarship Application form, after downloading from the “Download” option of the Home page. Fill it up and submit it to Institute with all the requisite documents. Institute is to be requested to register and submit a scholarship application on your behalf. You should keep a record of the “Applicant Id” and “Password” from the Institute so that you can be able to modify details and track the status of the application.
Question 2. What documents I have to submit with the print out of the application?
Answer: You have to submit Original Caste Certificate, Original Income Certificate, Copy of High School Certificate, Copy of the first page of Bank Passbook (showing IFSC Code of the Bank & Bank Account Number) and Handicap Certificate (if any) along with the print out of the Application. Institute would verify the original certificates & return back to the students.

Answer: You can check the status of your application anytime. After logging in, click on Edit-Lock-Print Application”. Then select the “Track Status” option. This will provide you current/latest status of your Scholarship Application.

KVPY Exam Pattern and breakdown are as follows. The exam is held in two rounds. The first round is a pen and paper test. The test is divided into two parts, with the maximum marks of 100. KVPY Admit Card
KVPY Admit Card can be downloaded from the official website using the username and password that was generated during the registration. The admit card will carry details like Applicant’s Name, Registration Number, Photograph, Date of Birth, Exam Venue, Exam Date, and Timings, etc. The cards will most likely be released in the month of October 2019.
KVPY Result 2019
IISc will declare KVPY Results 2019 in December. The candidates who qualify will have to appear in the interview round in January 2019. KVPY Result 2019-2020: Every year, the Indian Institute of science conducts a scholarship program under the name of Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana. KVPY Selection Procedure 2019
The candidates whose KVPY application forms are accepted will be called for the first stage of the selection procedure which is the aptitude test.
The aptitude test for KVPY 2019 will be in online mode on 4th November 2019.
In the test, the questions asked will be from chemistry, physics, maths, and biology.
For stream SA, SB, and SX, the questions in the aptitude test will be the same.
Candidates that qualify the aptitude test will be called for a further round of interview.
During the interview, the candidate’s knowledge in science and research field will be tested.
After the interviews are conducted, the final list of candidates selected will be released.
For KVPY award, candidate’s overall performance in the interview and aptitude test is considered.

KVPY Result 2019 – Aptitude Test
Aptitude test will be carried out in 2 parts which are part 1 and part 2. There will be four sections in each of these parts. Out of these, candidates need to attempt 3 sections in 1st and 2 in part 2. Thus, candidates should prepare their subjects accordingly as the per syllabus provided on KVPY.
The first stage in the KVPY scholarship program is the KVPY aptitude test.
The aptitude test will happen in the pen paper format.
KVPY aptitude test is designed such that the candidates for stage 2 will be filtered.

KVPY Result 2019 – Interview
The KVPY interview procedure is conducted to test the knowledge of the candidates in the science and research field. The knowledge in both fields will check if the candidate is capable and deserving of the scholarship. The combined performance in the interview and KVPY test will determine the basis of the scholarship grant.
Documents Required at the day of KVPY Interview Process
KVPY admit card: The original KVPY admit card along with a copy should be carried to the interview center.
KVPY application form: The copy of the KVPY application form filled online should be carried. Also, the KVPY application form can be downloaded online through the official web link using the password and ID.
Original marks list: Candidates need to bring all the original marksheets of class 10 and 12 in the original form along with the photocopies. These are required for document verification purpose.
Medical certificate: The medical certificate is required to be provided by the candidate for indicating physical and visual fitness. Candidates that have not issued the visual and physical fitness should get a certificate indicating the degree of disturbance.
Cast certificate: The cast certificate should be provided in the original format and is compulsory. The OBC certificate provided should not be older than 6 months.
Self-appraisal form: Candidates should mention their good qualities which must be considered for him to award with the scholarship certificate.
Study center form: A form which is obtained from the last school that indicates the completion of schooling must be brought. It should have signed by the principal or the head of the school.
Teacher’s recommendation letter: This form is available on the KVPY official website and must be signed by the teacher.

Govt of Karnataka offers many scholarships to students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Minority Communities/General (Economically Weaker Section) through SSP Portal Scholarship 2020. Students of Minority Communities studying from class 1 to 10th can apply for the Pre-Matric Scholarship. This Scholarship offered by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India. This scholarship aims to provide financial support to talented students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Central OBC/minority communities/ General (Economically Weaker)/Kin of Defense Personnel (only technical education). All these students who are studying in Class 11th & 12th and pursuing B.Com/ITI type courses can be eligible for this scholarship. 30% of this SSP Scholarship amount reserved for girls. e-Attestation SSP Karnataka Gov Post Matric. e-Attestation software used to get the documents attested from the attestation authorities. Students studying in college run hostels need to get their hostel declaration certificate attested from the respective designated Officers. ITI, PUC, Polytechnic, Diploma, etc. students need e-Attestation only hostel declaration certificate. Refer to the below points for e-Attestation.

SSP Scholarship Pre-Matric Scholarship
This scholarship aims to provide financial support to students belonging to Minority Communities of Karnataka State. This scholarship is available for students studying from Class 1 to 10th. It is mandatory for all eligible students to apply both under NSP & SSP to avail of this scholarship. Students who have applied under NSP Govt of India are only eligible to apply under SSP Govt of Karnataka. Students can fill the application form and apply online on or before 30th September 2019. SSP Post Matric 2019 last date is 30th September 2019.

Students must be secured at least 50 % marks in the previous examination (not applicable for 1st standard students).

Otherwise, click on ‘No’ and provide your correct SATS ID. If your SATS ID is correct but the name and other details are incorrect, then you should contact the school for corrections.
Enter your mobile number and click on ‘Submit’.
An OTP will generate and sent to your given mobile number.
Confirm OTP then change your password as per instructions prescribed in the same page.
Click on Submit. You will get your User ID and Password in the given mobile number.
After this, enter the User ID and password and Login to your account.

After SSP login Scholarship, you can see the ‘Student Account’ homepage.
Enter Aadhar details, Student NSP ID, Income and Caste Certificate RD number, and select Religion. Select Day Scholar or Hosteller and fill Student Personal details.
Then, click on the ‘Save & Proceed’ to generate acknowledgment.
After this, you can see the acknowledgment page on your screen. If your parent has Aadhaar, then click on “e-Sign”. An OTP will be sent to your parent’s registered Aadhar mobile number, confirm OTP. If your parent’s registered Aadhar mobile number is not active, then they will not get OTP. In this case, download the Consent Form from the SSP website, fill and submit to the school.
Then, students need to take a printout of an acknowledgment and submit to their respective school.

SSP Scholarship Selection Procedure
The selection of eligible students based on financial status and family income. If two or more student’s family income is the same then the DOB of students will be considered. That means students possessing more age will be preferred. Only eligible candidates will receive the scholarship benefits. The benefits cover course fees and other expenditures. It will be transferred to the beneficiaries Aadhaar seeded bank account through the DBT process.

WBMDFC Scholarship 2019-20: To address the growing aspiration for education in the minority communities of the state and with a view to providing them more avenues for socio-economic and educational mobility by extending financial support and encouragement to the meritorious students belonging to the minority communities, the State Government has decided to set up the “Aikyashree” – West Bengal State Scholarships for Minority Students in West Bengal to be fully funded from the State budget from the financial year 2019-20 onwards.
The primary objective of the Pre-matric Scholarship is to encourage the minority communities to send their children to schools and to prevent drop-out. The Post-matric scholarship intends to encourage students to continue their pursuit of higher education. The objective of Merit-cum-Means scholarship for professional and technical courses is to support the students to pursue professional/technical studies for consequently increasing their employability potential.

Types of scholarships will be provided under this scheme:
Talent Support stipend is a State Government-sponsored program under the MA& ME Department, Govt. Of West Bengal. WBMDFC is functioning as a Nodal Officer of the TSP Programme. WBMDFC was established in 1995 as per the West Bengal Act XVIII of 1995, i.e. The West Bengal Minorities Development and Finance Corporation Act, 1995. The function of the Corporation is to generally undertake the task of the economic welfare of the minorities.
WBMDFC has been taking up various schemes for Economic Welfare, Scholarships, vocational training, mass awareness and career counseling since inception. This stipend is awarded to the students who are residents of West Bengal and have passed their last final examination securing less than 50% marks. He/she should have been continuing his/her studies in regular mode. The scholarship is awarded to students for pursuing studies from class XI and onwards up to Ph.D. Annual Family Income of the student should be up to ` 2 lakhs. 30 % quota of scholarship has been earmarked for girl students.

Eligibility Criteria of the list of Scholarships as follows
West Bengal Pre-Matric Scheme
The scholarship is given to Minority students for pursuing studies from class I to X.
The applicant must be a domicile of West Bengal.
Must be studying in a School/ Institution recognized by an educational Board/ Council/ University of the State/ Central Government.
Must have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination.
The annual family income should not exceed Rs.2 lakh.
Students studying in institutes outside West Bengal will not be eligible for the pre-matric or post-matric scholarship.
West Bengal Post Matric Scheme
The scholarship is given to students for pursuing studies from class XI to Ph.D.
The applicant must be a domicile of West Bengal.
Must be studying in a School/ Institution recognized by an educational Board/ Council/ University of the State/ Central Government.
Must have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination.
The annual family income should not exceed Rs.2 lakh.
Students studying in institutes outside West Bengal will not be eligible for the pre-matric or post-matric scholarship.
West Bengal Merit Cum Means
The scholarship is given for pursuing professional/technical courses at the graduate and postgraduate levels.
The applicant must be a domicile of West Bengal.
Must have got admission in a technical/professional course.
Must have secured at least 50% marks in the last Higher Secondary/ Graduation examination.
The annual family income of the student should not be more than Rs.2.5 lakh.
The students who are residents of West Bengal but pursuing studies in listed institutions located outside West Bengal, as may be notified from time to time by the West Bengal Minorities’ Development and Finance Corporation, are also eligible for applying.
West Bengal Talent Support Stipend
This stipend is awarded to the students who have passed their last final examination with less than 50% marks and He/she is continuing studies in class XI onwards up to Ph.D. (except professional and technical course). This stipend is awarded out of the State Govt. fund.
The applicant must be a citizen of India and a resident of West Bengal.
Annual Family Income up to Rs.2.0 lakh.
Those who passed the last examination with less than 50% marks are eligible for applying.
Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Minorities, West Bengal
The scholarship is given to meritorious minority students (belongings to Muslim / Christian / Sikh / Buddhist / Parsee & Jain) for pursuing studies from class XI to Postgraduate in regular courses including Diploma (Polytechnic), Diploma in Pharmacy.
Applicant must be a domicile of West Bengal and has been continuing education in the recognized institutes situated in West Bengal.
The student should have passed out in the current year from recognized institutions affiliated/accredited to the WBBSE/WBCHSE/WBBME/any board or university situated in the state of West Bengal.
Annual family income must be within Rs. 2.5 lakhs(Certificate to be issued by an officer, not below the rank of Joint BDO).
Minimum marks required in the last examination Higher Secondary to Graduate level 75% and for Post Graduate level, Honours subject at Graduate level 53%, Graduation Level in case of engineering students 55% and K3-Kanyashree 45%
West Bengal Term Loan Scheme
West Bengal Minorities’ Development & Finance Corporation is providing the Term loan up to Rs. 5 lakh for persons belonging to the notified minority communities.Repayment with @ 6% interest in equal 12 or 20 quarterly installments in 3 or 5 years.
Annual family income for the rural areas must be within Rs.98, 000/-(Rupees Ninety-eight thousand) and for urban areas, it should be within Rs 1, 20,000/- (Rupees One lakh twenty thousand) only.
Guarantors required for the application for more than Rs. 40,000/-. For Loan from Rs. 40,001/- to Rs.50,000 – A Taxpayer or professionally qualified person (e.g. Doctor, Engineer, etc.) and For loan above Rs. 50,000/- A Govt./Semi Govt. Employee/Teacher or a good beneficiary of WBMDFC.
Applicants having training & experience in respect of the business for which he/she is applying will get preference.
Applicant’s age must be between 18 to 50 years.
Must have a savings Bank Account.
West Bengal Micro Finance (Directly to SHGs)
Small loans are required to sustain the present business, income-generating economic activities, and self-help activities. For this purpose, Microfinance is provided directly to the Self Help Groups (SHGs). At least 60% of members of SHGs should be from the Minority community. Upto Rs. 1,00,000/- per member of Self Help Group (SHGs) are provided directly to SHGs. Repayment at the rate of Interest @7% p.a.in 24 months
Self Help Group comprising of 10-20 Minority Women may apply for Loan under this scheme.
Annual family income for the rural area must be within Rs.98, 000/-(Rupees Ninety-eight thousands) and urban Areas within Rs 1, 20,000/- (Rupees One lac twenty thousand) only.
West Bengal Minority Women Empowerment Programme
This program is launched by MA & ME Deptt. , Govt. of West Bengal for providing soft loans to Minority women for any income-generating activity or business such as small business, cottage industry, Handicrafts, etc. at the rate of 3% interest. Subsidy @50% of the loan amount, subject to a maximum of Rs.15000/-, is given to each beneficiary.
West Bengal Educational Loan
Maximum Rs. 20 lakhs for study within the country and Rs.30 lakh for study in abroad Education loan is provided for pursuing professional courses like Medical, Engineering, Management, Nursing, and Law, etc. Repayment of the loan with interest @3 % interest in installments after 6 months of completion of the course of employment, whichever is earlier.
The student must be of the Minority community

WBMDFC Terms and Conditions
The applicant has to submit a certificate regarding family income at the time of application.
For ‘renewal’ applicants, the continuance of scholarship will be subject to securing 50% marks in the previous year examination.
Maintenance allowance will be provided to hostellers and day scholars.
Students should be regular in attendance, for which the yardstick will be decided by the competent authority of the school.
If a student violates school discipline or any other terms and conditions of the scholarship, the scholarship may be suspended or canceled. The State Government can also directly cancel the award if duly satisfied with the reasons of violation of these regulations governing the scheme.
If a student is found to have obtained a scholarship by false statement, his/her scholarship will be canceled forthwith and the amount of the scholarship paid will be recovered.
The course/tuition fees and maintenance allowance will be credited to the student’s bank account directly under the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode.
For upgrading the knowledge & skill in various trades, training Programmes are conducted mainly through reputed institutions. For this scholarship, districts of people working as a Beedi employee, Iron Ore Manganese & Chrome Ore Mines (IOMC) employee, Cine employee, LSDM (Limestone & Dolomite Mines) may apply for this grant from at least six months. They have to study at a government-recognized college in class 1 to 10. The family’s monthly revenue from all sources should be less than INR 10,000 (the monthly earnings should be less than INR 8,000 for Cine employees).
They must be Assam State’s home and study in school 1 using 10. The grant is available to the trustees of people engaged in subsequent occupations–Scavenging Tanning Flaying Sweeping.
Pre-matric scholarship for Disabled, Maharashtra
They must have been in their prior school in the first or second place. This scholarship can be applied for by learners who are domiciled in Maharashtra and study in class 1 to 10.

MahaDBT Scholarship 2019-20: MahaDBT is a famous online scholarship portal of Maharashtra state run by the Government of Maharashtra. It is also said to be as MahaDBT – Aaple Sarkar DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). It entertains around 38 post-matric scholarships administered by different departments under the state government. The scholars who are domiciled in Maharashtra can apply for relevant scholarships through MahaDBT gateway.
The key purpose of this website is to ensure adequate implementation and expenditure of scholarships within the state. It also encourages transparency in the applications submitted and the required documents uploaded by scholars apart from the smooth payment of scholarships directly into the account of the recipients. Students can visit www.mahadbtmahait.gov.in. or mahadbt gov in login which is the official website.
The application will open for 2019-20 session for merit-based schemes from 1st August – 31st August 2019 and for non-merit schemes, the deadline is from 1st August 2019 – 15th November 2019.
MahaDBT Scholarship 2019-20 last date for Merit Schemes is 31st August 2019.

The departments that are expanding on various scholarships through Mahadbt and the number of scholarships each department is offering, all the details are given below in a tabular form. There are 8 departments in the Maharashtra Government that offer scholarships to students coming from various sections of the society.

Maintenance Allowance for Students Studying in Professional Courses
Maharashtra Government has introduced the scholarship schemes from various departments for students who have weak financial status at home and are willing to get higher studies. Each scholarship has its own eligibility demand. Therefore, we are here for you to provide the criteria required as per the departments to apply for any particular scholarship. Government of India Post-Matric Scholarship – Eligibility Criteria
Annual family income should be less than or equal to Rs.2.5 Lakh.
Only for Scheduled Caste (SC) or Navbouddha category.
The student must be a domicile of DBT Maharashtra.
The student must have passed SSC/equivalent matric.
For students residing out of Maharashtra, the same rules are applicable.
Only two professional courses at a time are allowed.

The student’s institute should be recognized by the Government of Maharashtra.
The students should admit through CAP round only for Professional Courses.
Tuition Fees, Exam Fees & other fees which have to be paid by the student to the institution are covered under the scheme.
Maintenance Allowance for Students Studying in Professional Courses – Eligibility
The students should be admitted to professional courses.
The students should be the scholarship holder of the Government of India.
The family annual income should be less than or equal to Rs.2.5 Lakh.
The students who are studying in the professional curriculum and residing in Hostel (Government or Institutes Hostel or outside).
Maintenance Allowance for Students Studying in Professional Courses – Benefits
The students residing in government hostels:
Course duration between 4 to 5 years: Rs.7000 per annum
Course duration between 2 to 3 years: Rs.5000
Course duration below 2 years: Rs.500
The students who are not admitted to government hostels should adhere to:
Course duration between 4 to 5 years: Rs.10000 per annum
Course duration between 2 to 3 years: Rs.7000 per annum
Under this scheme, the SC students who secured 75% in the SSC examination and takes admission in Class XI will get scholarship Rs.300 per month for 10 months for two years.
This Scholarship will be given in addition to the Government of India (GOI) scholarship and freeship
Post-Matric Scholarship for Persons with Disability – Eligibility
The students who are disabled are eligible to apply. (40% or above)
The students should be a domicile of Maharashtra.
The students should be studying in a recognized university or institute.
The scholarship will not be applicable if the candidate fails or quits the same course.
The student studying in recognized institute or college out of Maharashtra and belong to the Maharashtra state are also eligible.
The students pursuing post-graduation from the medical field but not allowed to practice out of institute are also eligible.
The candidates who are taking distance education from a recognized institution where non-refundable fees have to be paid by the student are eligible to apply.
The candidate residing in college/institute or any other recognized hostel & if he/she pays hostel fees then the candidate’s maintenance allowance will be given at hosteller rates.

The professional and technical education candidates who must go for a practice tour will get Rs.500 at maximum. If the project is a mandatory part of the course then for printing and typing, an additional Rs.600 will be provided.
Tribal Development Department Scholarships
Post Matric Scholarship Scheme
Only ST students are applicable to apply.
The annual family income should not exceed Rs.2.5 Lakh.
The students should at least have passed the class 10thexamination.
Maintenance Allowance
The maintenance allowance (hostellers/day scholars) per month
Group 1 – Rs.1200/ Rs.550
Group 2 – Rs.820/ Rs.530
Group 3 – Rs.570/ Rs.300
Group 4 – Rs.380/ Rs.230
Reader allowance
Group 1 and 2: Rs.240
Group 3: Rs.200

The students will receive an escort allowance of Rs.160 per month and a special Pay of Rs.160 per month. The mentally retired will receive extra coaching and be paid Rs.240 per month along with the following:
Study tours: Rs.1600 per annum, Thesis typing/printing: Rs.1600 per annum
Book grant: Rs.1200 per annum.
Tuition Fee and Exam Fee for Tribal Students
The student’s annual family income should not exceed Rs.2.5 Lakh.
The students should belong to ST category only.
Tuition fees and exam fees as per approved college fee structure will be waived under this scheme.
Vocational Education Fee for Reimbursement
The student’s annual family income should not exceed Rs.2.5 Lakh.
The students should belong to ST category only.
The students who are enrolled in vocational education courses like, Engineering, Pharmacy, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development, Vaastu Shastra, MBA, and MCA will be eligible.
Tuition fees and exam fees as per approved college fee structure will be waived under this scheme.
Vocational Education Maintenance Allowance
The student’s annual family income should not exceed Rs.2.5 Lakh.
The students should belong to ST category only.
The maintenance allowance is categorized by course duration (Hostellers/Day Scholars/) per annum.
The course duration of 4-5 years Rs.7,000 and Rs.10,000 respectively·
The course duration of 2-3 years Rs.5000 and Rs.7000 respectively.
The course duration of 2 years or less – Rs.5000
Directorate of Higher Education (DHE) Scholarships
They should belong to Maharashtra State Border or Karnataka State Border to apply for the scholarship.
The family annual income should not exceed Rs.8 lakh.
The candidates belonging to the general category and have taken admission are eligible to apply.
The Candidate should not avail any other scholarship or stipend.
The courses which students have enrolled in should be approved by the government or AICTE.
The students should not have had 2-year of the gap during their course.
The students must have given all semester examinations.
100% tuition fee waived for Government & Non-government aided courses for students up to Rs.2.5 Lakh family annual income.
For students with family annual income up to 8 Lakh will receive 50% Government and Non-government aided tuition fees.
50% and 100% of the examination fee will be paid for professional and non-professional courses.
Assistance to Meritorious Students Scholarship Junior Level
The students from class 11th & 12th class are eligible to apply.
The students should have a DHE sanctioned letter.
The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra can apply for this scheme.
The AMS junior-level scholarship amount is up to Rs.3000.
The AMS senior-level scholarship amount is up to Rs.7000.
Education Concession to the Children of Ex-Servicemen
The Candidate’s son/daughter/wife/widow of ex-servicemen are eligible.
The students should be enrolled in government-aided colleges only.
The Maharashtrian Students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme.
The college dress allowance and books allowance is paid up to Rs.445.
Eklavya Scholarship
Arts with at least 60% marks in Science with at least 70% marks.
The annual income of the Candidate’s parents should not exceed Rs.75000.
The Candidate must be a resident of Maharashtra state.
The beneficiary should not do a part-time or full-time job.
The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme.
The students must have graduated in degree courses in Law, Commerce.
The scholarship worth Rs.5000 is for all the sanctioned students.
State Government Open Merit Scholarship
The Candidate must be a resident of the Maharashtra state.
The Candidate should have secured at least 60% marks in class 12th.
This scholarship is for students who have enrolled in Arts, Commerce, Science and Law courses.
The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme.
Rs.100 per month will be paid directly to the student’s bank account.
Scholarship to Meritorious Students Possessing Mathematics/Physics
At least 60% in Science exam and more than 60% in Maths & Physics in Class 12th.
The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme.
The Candidate must be a resident of the Maharashtra State.
Rs.100 per month will be paid directly to the student’s bank account
Government Vidyaniketan Scholarship
60% marks in class 10th examination.
The student should have passed the class 10th exam from the State Government Vidyanikethan only.
The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme.
The Candidate must be a resident of the Maharashtra State.
Rs.100 per month will be paid.
State Government Dakshina Ahichatra Scholarship
The Candidate must be a graduate student from non-agriculture University only.
The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme.

Rs.250 per month scholarship amount will get disbursed by the department.
Government Research Adichatra
The Candidate must be a postgraduate degree holder.
The Candidate must be a resident of the Maharashtra State.
The Candidate should have secured 60% marks in post-graduation.
The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme.
Scholarship amount Rs.750 per month and Rs.1000 per year for other expenses.
Education Concession to the Children Freedom Fighter
The Candidates who are son/daughter/wife/widow of freedom fighters are eligible.
The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra cannot apply for this scheme
The students should be a domicile of Maharashtra.
The scholarship of Rs.50 per month for PG courses and Rs.60 per month for Engineering courses.
Books allowance: Rs.200 per annum for PG courses and Rs.400 per annum for Engineering courses.
Jawaharlal Nehru University Scholarship
The Maharashtrian students who have studied in JNU.
The UG and PG JNU students are applicable to the scheme.
They should be a domicile of Maharashtra
Scholarship amount Rs.8000 per month plus Rs.10,000 extra annually.
Assistance to Meritorious Students Scholarship – Senior Level
The students from class 11th & 12th are eligible to apply.
The Maharashtrian students studying out of Maharashtra can apply for this scheme.
The AMS junior-level scholarship amount is up to Rs.2300.
The AMS senior-level scholarship is up to Rs.72000.
Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Vasatigruh Nirvah Bhatta Yojna (DHE)
The Candidate should be a domicile of Maharashtra.
For professional courses, the Candidates who are children of registered labor or Alpabhudarak or both are eligible.
The annual income of the family/ guardian should not exceed Rs.8 lakh.
The Candidates should not avail of any other Nirvah Bhatta benefits.
The Candidate should attempt every semester or annual exam.
Benefits – Professional Courses
Rs.30000 for 10 months will be paid to students studying in MMRDA/PMRDA/Aurangabad/Nagpur city belong to marginal landholder families with an annual income up to 8 Lakh.
Students whose family annual income is up to Rs.1 Lakh will be paid Rs.10000 for 10 months.
Benefits – Non-professional Course
Scholarship worth Rs.2000 for 10 months for students whose family annual income is up to 1 Lakh.
Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Scholarships
The Candidate should be “Bonafide Student of Institute” and admitted for Professional and Technical courses.
The Candidates from the deemed university are not eligible.
The candidates should be admitted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).
The Candidates cannot avail any other scholarship while applying for this.
For the current academic year, only 2 children from a family are allowed to avail of the benefits of the scheme.
The total annual income of the family should not exceed Rs.8 lakh.
The minimum 50 % attendance in the previous semester is required.
During the course duration, the candidate should not have had a gap of two or more years.
50 % of Tuition Fees and 50 % of Exam Fees.
Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Vastigruh Nirvah Bhatta Yojna (DTE)
Eligibility
Indian nationality.
Domicile of Maharashtra state.
The Candidate should be “Bonafide Student of Institute” and admitted for Professional and Technical courses.
The Candidates from the deemed university are not eligible.
The candidates should be admitted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).
The Candidates cannot avail any other scholarship while applying for this.

VJNT, OBC & SBC Welfare Department Scholarships
Post-Matric Scholarship for VJNT Students
Eligibility
The Candidate should belong to VJNT, OBC, and SBC category.
The Candidates must be pursuing the education course approved by the government.
The annual family income should not exceed Rs.1 lakh.
The Candidate should apply for the scholarship via the CAP system.
The Candidate should achieve 75% attendance for the current year.
Benefits
The scholarship eligibility is divided into Group A – E
Group A – scholarship worth Rs.425 per month for hostellers and Rs.190 per month for day scholars.
Group B – scholarship worth Rs.290 per month for hostellers and Rs.190 per month for day scholars.
Group C – The same scholarship amount as Group B.
Group D – scholarship worth Rs.320 per month for hostellers and Rs.120 per month for day scholars.
Group E – scholarship worth Rs.150 per month and for hostellers and Rs.90 per month for non-hostellers
Tuition fee, exam, maintenance allowance are paid 100% to students studying in govt/non-aided institutions in professional and non-professional courses.
Tuition Fees and Examination Fees to VJNT Students
Only for the VJNT category.
Domicile of Maharashtra state.
The annual family income should not exceed Rs.8 lakh.
The students enrolled in degree courses in Health Science etc. are eligible to apply.
The freeship will be applicable to students enrolled in unaided or aided government colleges in technical education.
The students who are enrolled in courses such as Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development, and Fisheries are also eligible to apply.
100% tuition fees and exam fees are reimbursed to Candidates via the CAP system.
Payment of Maintenance Allowance to VJNT and SBC Students Studying in Professional Courses and Living in Hostel Attached to Professional Colleges
Only for VJNT and SBC category.
The Candidate’s annual family income should not exceed Rs.1 lakh.
The Candidate should be admitted to the hostels in professional colleges.
The Candidate is not eligible if he or she takes admission in a government hostel.
The students who are enrolled in professional courses such as Engineering, Medical, Veterinary, Architecture, etc.
Maintenance allowance will be paid to students admitted in college hostel up to Rs.700 per month for 4-5 years course.
Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship for Students Studying in 11th & 12thStandard of VJNT & SBC Category
The Candidates should belong to Vimukta Jatis, Nomadic Tribes, and Special Backward Classes.
The Candidate must be studying in class 11th and 12th in junior colleges.
There is no family annual income limit.
The students should not have a study gap to avail of this scholarship.
Domicile of Maharashtra.
The Candidates will receive a scholarship up to Rs.300 per month for 10 months period.

Only for the OBC category.
Candidates must be pursuing education courses approved by the government.

Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Hostel Maintenance Allowance
The student’s family annual income should not exceed Rs.8 lakh.
The student’s parents should be registered labors.
The students who have taken admission in hostels in Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, and Nagpur are eligible.
The students should have taken admission to degrees such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, etc in government-aided colleges.
Hostel maintenance allowance up to Rs.3000 per year for students pursuing courses in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Aurangabad and Rs.2000 for students in other locations.

Scholarship for Students of Minority Communities Pursuing Higher and Professional Courses (DMER)
Students enrolled in medical courses such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, etc and courses should be affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Science, Nashik.
The student’s family annual income should not exceed Rs.8 lakh.
30% scholarship is reserved for female candidates and 70% for the male Candidates.
The Candidate should be a domicile of Maharashtra.
A total annual course fee of Rs.25,000 is waived off for the student.
MahaDBT Application Procedure
The candidates can apply for Maharashtra DTE scholarship via Aaple Sarkar DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) portal. This platform is uniquely run by the Government of Maharashtra for the students to help them get the benefits of various schemes available. Also, students should make a note that the Aadhaar number is necessary from the academic session MahaDBT Scholarship 2018-19 to apply for any scholarship via the portal.

MahaDBT Registration: Candidates can enroll themselves through the MahaDBT registration for availing of the various scholarships. For those not in the know, MahaDBT is a premier online scholarship portal run by the Government of Maharashtra. Click on the box titled “New Applicant Registration”.
Candidates are required to provide their Aadhar numbers in order to continue with their registration.
The next step involves authentication – the candidate can choose between One Time Password (OTP) or biometric authentication.
Choose OTP if your mobile number is registered with Aadhar, else you can proceed with biometric authentication.

Enter the Aadhar number in the required field and click on “Send OTP”. The system will send an OTP to your registered mobile number. Enter the same in the registration field and click “OK.”
If the verification is successful, then the candidate’s details will automatically be retrieved from UIDAI and auto-populated in their respective fields.
Create a username for login purposes. Please note that the username should be composed of only alphabets and numbers. Moreover, the length should be less than 15 characters, yet more than 4 characters.
When creating a password, ensure that the minimum character length is 8 and the maximum is 20. Furthermore, your password must contain at least 1 upper case alphabet, 1 lower case alphabet, 1 special character, and 1 number.

How to apply for oasis scholarships is as follows:
Step – 1: Registration
Visit the official website, www.oasis.com Scholarship.
Click on “Student’s registration” on the home page.
Select the district where your school/college is based.
The next webpage will appear for caste verification. Fill in the details and click on submit.
Once the caste certificate is verified, you will be addressed to the online registration page. Fill in all necessary fields and click on the submit button.
Step – 2: Log in with your credentials
After successful registration, the student can download their permanent user id/application number and password via the “Download login information/acknowledgment slip” button.
Enter the application number/user id and password and click on the “Login Now” button.
Once logged in, fill the further details and bank information carefully and click on ‘Save and Proceed’.
Step – 3: Review and Lock
Once the student has filled all the information in the application form, they can click on the “Verify and Lock” button to save all the information filled. After winning the scholarships through the Oasis scholarship website in the previous years, students have to renew those every year. For renewal, the application process is slightly different. Find the below steps with a description of the renewal process:

TANCET Counselling General Instructions
If you are not satisfied with the seat allotted to you, you can attend the subsequent rounds of counselling.
Candidates absent in the first or second phase of counselling will not be allowed to attend the subsequent stages of TANCET counselling 2020.
Colleges allotted in the last round of counselling will be considered as final.
Make sure that you reach the counselling venue an hour in advance.
Change of date/time of counselling is not permissible. Authorities are not responsible for the postal delay or non-receipt of counseling intimation.
Once a seat is allotted, the amount of 5,000/- for general or 1,000/- for SC/SCA/ST candidates already paid at the time of counselling will be adjusted towards the tuition fee to be paid to the respective allotted college.
You are advised to post the completed application with all the enclosures well in advance so as to reach Anna University, Chennai-25 on or before the specified date and time. The application may be sent by Registered post or Speed post to avoid any delay.
You have to pay the remaining fees in the college concerned at the time of admission on the date specified in the allotment order. No further correspondence will be entertained pertaining to Admissions.
