KIITEE 2020 Application Form Exam Date (Extended), Eligibility, Syllabus

KIITEE is a University level examination conducted by Kalinga Institue of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneshwar, for admissions to different undergraduate and post-graduate programs. KIITEE Registration

The mode of application is online. The last date of form submission is 20th April 2020. The candidates need to fill their personal as well as academic details, alongwith the photograph and signature. No application fee is required while applying.

KIITEE Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Biotechnology Students (B.Tech, M.Tech (dual))

  • The students who passed 12th in 2017, 2018 or have appeared for 12th in 2019 are eligible for KIITEE.
  • Candidates who have passed Chemistry, Physics, Maths, Biology/Biotechnology with atleast 60% marks.
  • The candidates who are born on or after 1st July 1999 are eligible for the exam.

Eligibility for B.Tech Lateral Entry (3 years)

  • Candidates who have passed a 3 years diploma in engineering with atleast 60% marks from State Council of Technical Education.
  • The candidates who are born on or after 1st July 1999 are eligible.
  • Candidates who have passed the three years diploma from the same branch.

Eligibility for B.Tech in Agriculture (5 years)

  • Candidates who have passed 12th with 60% marks in Maths as the core subject.
  • Candidates who have passed the National Aptitude Test in Architecture.
  • The candidates who are born on or after 1st July 1999.

Eligibility for B.Sc. Nursing (4 years)

  • Candidates who have passed 12th with atleast 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the main subjects.
  • The candidate should be between 17 to 35 years of age as on 31st December of the appearing year.

Eligibility for Law Courses

  • Candidates should have passed 12th with atleast 45% marks.
  • The candidate should be 20 years old as on 1st July of the appearing year.

Eligibility for BBA (3 years)

  • Candidates should have obtained 50% marks in 12th with Maths/Business Maths/Economics as one of the subjects.
  •  Candidates should have been born on or after 1st July 1999.

Eligibility for BCA (5 years)

  • Candidates who have passed 12th with Maths as one of the subjects.
  • Candidates with birthdays on or after 1st July 1999.

Eligibility for Bachelor of Design (Fashion/Textile), Bachelor of Film and Television Production, and Master of Mass Communication

  • Candidates who have passed 12th with 50% marks.
  • Candidates who born on or after 1st July 1999.

Eligibility for MCA (3 years)

  • Candidates who have secured 50% marks in graduation with Maths as the main subject in Class 12th.
  • Candidates who are born on or after July 1st 1999.

Eligibility for MCA (Lateral Entry) – 2 years

  • Candidates who have passed or are pursuing BCA, B.Sc (IT/Computer Science/ITM/IST) with atleast 50% marks from a recognized university.
  • Candidates born on or after 1st July 1996.

KIITEE Exam Pattern

The exam pattern gives an idea of the question paper and helps the candidates to prepare accordingly. That is why, it is essential to know the examination pattern for any exam.

KIITEE is an online exam that consists of three sections – Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. The entire paper contains a total of 120 questions, that means 40 questions per section. The sample papers and mock tests are provided in a similar pattern. The students can go through these for better practice.

KIITEE Admit Card

The admit cards are issued only after the slot booking process. The candidates cannot enter the examination hall without the admit card. The admit cards need to be kept safe until the admission process. The admit cards can be downloaded from the official website. No hard copy of the admit card is sent to the candidates.

KIITEE Slot Booking Process

The students can book the date and time of the exam as per their convenience. The slots are booked on first come, first serve basis.

The slot booking link is available on the official website. the candidates can login to the official website with the application number and date of birth and select the desired date and time of the examination. The admit cards will be issued only after the slot booking process.

KIITEE Results

The results are declared by the University on the official website. The students can login to the website and download the rank card which is required at the time of counselling.

KIITEE Cutoff

The cutoff is calculated on the basis of the performance of all the candidates appeared for the exam. A separate cutoff list is released for the reserved category candidates. The cutoff rank is declared based on the availability of seats in different courses.

KIITEE Counselling

The counselling schedule is provided on the website. The candidates are required to carry their original documents to the counselling center. The seats are allotted only after document verification. The list of documents to be verified is as follows:

  • Admit Card
  • Result Card
  • Pass certificate for Class 10th
  • Pass certificate for Class 12th
  • Graduation certificate for post-graduation courses
  • Diploma certificate and three years marksheets for lateral entry courses
  • Reserved category certificate
  • GATE score card
  • DD of Rs. 75000. The counselling fees of Rs. 10000 is included which is non-refundable

Documents Needed To Fill KIITEE 2020 Application Form

Candidates are requested to upload some documents while filling the application. The following documents you need to keep ready to fill the application form:

  • A valid email ID
  • Scanned signature
  • Scanned photograph of the candidate

Steps To Fill The KIITEE Application Form 2020

Step – 1: Select The Course

  • Initially, click here https://kiitee.kiit.ac.in/ to redirect the application form for registration
  • Then again, you need to choose the course for which you wish to apply for. Also, you can select as many courses as you want.
  • After selecting the course, you need to submit it by clicking on the ‘submit’ button. Then again, a ‘confirmation’ popup will appear. Click on the ‘confirm’ button to submit your choice of course
  • Next, read all the instructions carefully and check your eligibility criteria. Then again, press the ‘apply online’ button to proceed with the application form.

Step – 2: Fill-In The Details In The Application Form

  • Next, you need to fill all the necessary details in the application form 2020. It also includes your personal details, contact details, qualification, and many more.
  • Then again, click on the ‘submit’ button to proceed further steps
  • Again, a confirmation popup will appear. You need to check your details and click on the ‘confirm’ button to submit your data. Also, if you want to edit the details, you can click on the ‘edit’ button to change the details.
  • Now, you will receive a code to your mobile number after submission of your application details.

Step – 3: Uploading Documents

  • Now, ‘click here to upload documents’ button to upload your scanned image of photograph, signature and mark sheet documents.
  • You need to ensure that the images are to be uploaded as per the specification given above.

Step – 4: Printing Out The Application Form

  • After completing all the steps above, you need to take a print out of the completed KIITEE application form.

KIITEE Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for KIITEE admission which includes the age limit for Entrance Exam 2020 and the qualification, as follows

Age Limit: Actually, there is no specific age limit to appear in KIITEE Entrance exam 2020

Qualification:

  • Pharm: The candidates need to qualify in 10+ 2 Passed. Or even they need to appear in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology, and English subjects.
  • MCA, MCA (LE): The candidates should qualify for a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • M: the candidates need to qualify for a Bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Sc in Agriculture: the candidates should quality in 10+ 2 passed/ appearing with PCH/ PCB/ PCM/ PCMB/ PCA subjects.
  • Tech: the candidates should have the 60% marks in B.Tech / M.Sc or any equivalent in the course.
  • Tech: The candidates need to appear/ pass on the 12th. Or even they need to attend the equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry plus with one of the Chemistry/ CS/ IT/ Biotechnology/ Information Statistics.
  • BBA, B.Sc, BBA, and LL.B: the candidates need to qualify in the 12th in any stream.

KIITEE Exam Result

The result of KIITEE will be declared by the university and will display the results in an online format. Candidates need to download their admit cards with their rankings. Therefore, they can use it at the time of counseling. To check the result, candidates need to log in to the official website.

COMEDK UGET 2020 Exam Date, Registration (Extended), Eligibility, Syllabus

COMEDK is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka, that helps the students to seek admission in engineering, and architecture courses offered by institutes of the state. All those who have passed 12th can apply for the exam. The students can also apply through the NATA scores. The candidates can check the eligibility criteria on the official website before applying.

Read on to explore COMEDK registration, eligibility criteria, examination pattern and other relevant details.

COMEDK Registration

The registration can be done in the month of January and the application forms are made available on the official website. The candidates need to fill the application form carefully. The application correction window opens in the month of May. Hence, in case of any mistake, the candidates can make the corrections then.

The registration process is as under:

  • The candidates need to go to the official website and click on the register tab.
  • An email and ID password will be allotted at the time of registration.
  • The candidates can login using the user ID and password.
  • Fill all the required details.
  • Upload a passport size photograph, ID proof, guardian signatures, and other documents.
  • Click on the save button.
  • Fill preferences for the exam city.
  • Click on the submit button and make payment.
  • The payment will be made in online mode only.
  • Take out the print out of the form for future references.

An application fee of Rs.1600 is paid using debit card, credit card or net banking.

COMEDK admit card is released online on the official website. The admit card is very important for the candidates appearing for the examination. They will not be allowed to sit for the exam without the admit card. Also, the admit card is required at the time of counselling, and hence, has to be kept safe.

The admit card can be downloaded by the following process:

  • Go to the official website.
  • Click on the “admit card download” link.
  • Login using the email ID and password provided at the time of registration.
  • The admit card will be visible on the screen.
  • Download the admit card and take a print out.

COMEDK Exam Pattern

  • The exam is conducted in English mode only.
  • The test comprises a total of 180 objective type questions.
  • One mark is awarded for every correct answer.
  • There is no negative marking.
  • The total duration of the exam is 3 hours.

COMEDK Result

The results are announced online, on the official website. A merit list is prepared after the declaration of the results. The result contains the name of the candidate, test score, test rank, application number, admit card number, the contact details of the candidate, date of birth, category, ID proof details and the stream chosen.

COMEDK Cut off

The cut off is different for different courses, colleges, and categories. It depends upon the question paper and the highest marks scored in the exam. The merit list is prepared on the basis of the cut off marks.

Merit List

The merit list or the rank list is prepared by the exam authorities. The candidates in the merit list are eligible for centralized counselling.

The merit list prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidate, exam score, rank and the total number of seats available.

If there is any tie in the test score, it can be resolved in the following manner:

  • The least number of wrong answers in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.
  • Total marks in Physics and Maths in the entrance exam.
  • Marks scored in Maths in the entrance exam.
  • The elder candidate is always ranked higher than the younger candidate.

COMEDK Counselling

  • The counselling is conducted offline, in the month of July.
  • It is held in two rounds.
  • The seats are allotted based on the marks scored in the entrance test.

The candidates appearing for counselling need to follow the following steps:

  • The candidates have to report to the venues allotted to them based on their ranks.
  • The documents of the candidate will be verified.
  • Biometric and photo verification is done.
  • The candidates are issued a registration slip.
  • The candidates need to fill three choices of colleges and courses. Based on their ranks and the preferred choices, the candidates are allotted seats.

What are the Eligibility Criteria for MET Application 2020?

For 2020, Manipal University is offering 16 different engineering courses.  However, there are few eligible criteria that candidates need to meet who wish to join Manipal University and appear for its entrance exam. Read the table below to know more about the eligibility criteria of MET 2020.

  1. Candidate must pass 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and English as compulsory subjects along with Biology/Chemistry/Biotechnology and other optional subjects, from a recognized Board.

How to fill MET Application Form 2020?

To fill out the MET 2020 application form includes a lot of step. But, the first step includes visiting the website and choosing the desired course and then filling the MET 2020 application form.  

1st Step: Registration: 

  1. Before, a candidate even starts to fill the application, they have to candidate has to register at https://apply.manipal.edu and generate login credentials.  

Note: A one-time registration is required for every candidate even if they are applying for multiple courses.

  1. To register, candidates should use active email id and phone number.
  2. Then, create a password with all the respective measures as required.
  3. Next, select a program, stream, and then the course.
  4. After successfully registering, candidates will receive an SMS to confirm their MET registration.

Note: 

  • All candidates are advised to save the SMS for future reference. 
  • Also, it will be impossible to change the registered email ID, Mobile Number or the Password in future. So, be careful when you enter the details to register.
  • Remember, all future communications will be done via the registered mobile number or Email ID.   

2nd Step: Login and Filling the Manipal Application Form

  1. After successfully completing the Manipal (MET) registration process, candidate should log in with the registered email ID/ Mobile number and password.
  2. In case, if candidates forget the password, he/she can click on the ‘forget password’ tab and then set a new password for the registered email ID or mobile number.

3rd Step: Selecting category

4th Step: Personal Details
