Rajasthan Scholarship 2019-20: Rajasthan Scholarship is also known as SJE Scholarship. Rajasthan Scholarship is Applicable exclusively to Rajasthan State students, the Rajasthan Government with its subsidiary departments offers scholarships under various schemes of Rajasthan Scholarship to meritorious, disadvantaged and deserving state students. The state scholarship allows graduates to pursue higher education in the system with as many as nine institutions, more than 250 colleges, 55000 primary schools, and 7400 high schools. Rajasthan Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants for the scholarship must be 10th and 12th with at least 60 percent marks from the recognized board.
  • While applying for a scholarship, the student should be 17 years of age.
  • Candidates should only be in the following categories: SC, ST, EBC, SBC, OBC Candidates must be Rajasthan State residents.
  • For OBC candidates, the maximum annual family income of the category SC/ST/EBC/SBC should be Rs. 2.50 lakh and Rs. 1 lakh.
  • Candidates should have all the valid Rajasthan scholarship documents required.

Rajasthan Scholarship Application Process

  • First, you need to visit Rajasthan Scholarship Portal.
  • Candidates Click the Student Option Then read all the instructions on the page.
  • Enter your full name, mobile number, a legitimate e-mail Address (for possible correspondence) and code, etc. in the registration box. All Institute Details Should Correct the Submission Click.
  • You will receive “Account Activation Link” on your email account after completing the registration process, which you mentioned during the registration process.

Rajasthan Scholarships Award Details

The government of Rajasthan runs different schemes for the welfare of the backward classes and the SC/ST. It is not necessary to refund financial assistance to an applicant for their higher schooling and scholarship money. The Government of Rajasthan has supported all students from SC/ST/OBC/General/Minority with many scholarship schemes. Post-Matric & CM Scholarship, Rajasthan

This scholarship applies to students in the category SC/ST/OBC/EBC/SBC/DNT and studies at a recognized school in class 11 or 12. Supported by the Rajasthan State of Government’s Department for Social Justice and Empowerment, this scholarship seeks to provide financial support for higher education for students belonging to these classes. The grant includes most of the higher education care budget and tuition.

Eligibility Criteria

  • It is possible to apply for candidates from the SC/ST/OBC/SBC/EBC/DNT categories.
  • Students must study in a recognized school in class 11 or 12.
  • Community annual income should not surpass Rs. 2,50,000 (for candidates for SC/ST/SBC), Rs. 1,00,000 (for candidates for OBC/EBC), Rs. 2,00,000 (for candidates for DNT) and Rs. 5,00,000 (for students studying at a nationalized institution).

Dr. Ambedkar Post Matric Scholarship for Students belonging to EBC, Rajasthan

This scheme can benefit economically backward class (EBC) students in pursuing their post-secondary studies. The financial support provided under this scheme includes maintenance allowance, tour fees for studies, reimbursement of compulsory non-refundable fees, book allowance, reader fees (for blind students), and more. Students who fulfill all of the scholarship’s eligibility requirements may apply for it.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates that belong to the general but may contribute to the EBC group.
  • The family’s annual income should not exceed Rs. 1 Lakh.
  • The grant extends to candidates from class 11 to graduation to pursue their studies.

Post Matric Scholarship for SBC Students, Rajasthan

The state government also provides post-matric scholarships to SBC (Special Backward Class) students who are studying at the post-secondary level, i.e. from grade 11 to PG. The aim of the scholarship is to encourage SBC students to pursue their education after class 10 by providing them with adequate financial support in terms of maintenance allowance, study tour price, reimbursement of mandatory non-refundable charges, book allowance, etc.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students who belong to the classification of SBC and research at the postgraduate level in class 11 can submit.
  • The family’s annual income should not surpass Rs. 1,08,000.
  • Students who undertake studies can also apply by distance learning/correspondence.

Ambedkar International Scholarship Scheme for SC Students, Rajasthan

Under this scheme, SC students willing to pursue doctoral studies at a university/institution abroad may have the opportunity to gain the financial support of up to Rs. 25 Lakh. It is applicable in the fields of social science, public administration, law, economics, political science, and anthropology to pursue doctoral studies. Students who fulfill this scholarship’s eligibility requirements will follow their dream research career overseas without financial constraints.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students in the SC class can apply.
  • Students with a total of 55 percent marks must have finished their postgraduate studies from a recognized institution.
  • Participants should also have been accepted to a Ph.D. program in the specified disciplines at a college abroad–Social Science Public Administration Legal Economics Political Science Anthropology The applicant’s age should be under 35 years.
  • The family’s annual income should not be greater than Rs. 6 Lakh.

Chief Minister’s Higher Education Scholarship Scheme, Rajasthan

Governed by the Department of College Education, Rajasthan’s Chief Minister’s Higher Education Scholarship Program extends for students who have completed their 12th grade with at least 60 percent marks and are on the merit list of the first 1 Lakh students whose annual family income is no more than Rs. 2.50 Lakh. This qualification cum ensures the students receive a scholarship sum of Rs. 5,000 per annum dependent on scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students who have completed their 12th class with marks of at least 60 percent and are classified under 1 Lakh student’s merit list may apply.
  • The annual income from the community should not reach Rs. 2,50,000.
  • The applicant should be in a nationalized bank with a clear bank account

Award Details: Rs. 5000 per month

Rajasthan Yuva Vikas Prerak Internship Program (RYVP)

This internship program is offered by the Rajasthan government to all students who have freshly graduated, postgraduate, or are at the end of their studies. The plan often refers to students currently earning a Ph.D. from an accepted institution. A monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000, as well as a correspondence allowance of Rs. 2,500 a month, will be given to eligible candidates under this scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be in the 18 to 35-year age group.
  • The Engineering/Medical/Law/Agriculture graduate students, postgraduates in any field and doctoral students may apply.

‘मुहावरा’ शब्द अरबी भाषा से लिया गया है, जिसका अर्थ होता है-अभ्यास। हिंदी भाषा को सुंदर और प्रभावशाली बनाने के लिए हम मुहावरों और लोकोक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हैं। मुहावरा ऐसा शब्द-समूह या वाक्यांश होता है जो अपने शाब्दिक अर्थ को छोड़कर किसी विशेष अर्थ को प्रकट करता है। विशेष अर्थ में प्रयुक्त होने वाले ये वाक्यांश ही मुहावरे Muhavare कहलाते हैं। हिंदी भाषा में मुहावरों का प्रयोग भाषा को सुंदर, प्रभावशाली, संक्षिप्त तथा सरल बनाने के लिए किया जाता है। इनके विशेष अर्थ कभी नहीं बदलते। ये सदैव एक-से रहते हैं। ये लिंग, वचन और क्रिया के अनुसार वाक्यों में प्रयुक्त होते हैं। इस प्रकार जो वाक्यांश अपने सामान्य अर्थ को छोड़कर विशेष अर्थ को प्रकट करता है, वह मुहावरा कहलाता है।

नीचे कुछ महत्वपूर्ण मुहावरे दिए जा रहे हैं –

  1. अगर-मगर करना (टाल-मटोल करना) – माँ ने अंकित से पढ़ने के लिए कहा तो वह अगर-मगर करने लगा।
  2. आँखें चुराना (अपने को छिपाना) – गलत काम करके आँखें चुराने से कुछ नहीं होगा।
  3. आँखें खुलना (होश आना) – जब पांडव जुए में अपना सब कुछ हार गए तो उनकी आँखें खुलीं।
  4. आँखों का तारा (अतिप्रिय) – हर बेटा अपनी माँ की आँखों का तारा होता है।
  5. आँखों में धूल झोंकना (धोखा देना) – ठग यात्री की आँखों में धूल झोंककर उसका सामान लेकर भाग गया।
  6. आसमान सिर पर उठाना (बहुत शोर करना) – अध्यापक के कक्षा से चले जाने पर बच्चों ने आसमान सिर पर उठा लिया।

लोकोक्तियाँ

लोकोक्ति का अर्थ होता है-लोक की उक्ति अर्थात लोगों द्वारा कही गई बात। इसमें लौकिक जीवन का सत्य एवं अनुभव समाया होता है, ये स्वयं में एक पूर्ण वाक्य होती है; जैसे-अधजल गगरी छलकत जाए। इसका अर्थ है-कम जानकार द्वारा अपने गुणों का बखान करना।

लोकोक्ति के कुछ प्रचलित उदाहरण

  1. अंधों में काना राजा (मूर्खा में कम पढ़ा लिखा व्यक्ति) – हमारे गाँव में एक कंपाउंडरे ही लोगों का इलाज करता है, सुना नहीं है-अंधों में काना राजा।
  2. अंधा चाहे दो आँखें (जिसके पास जो चीज नहीं है, वह उसे मिल जाना) – आयुष को एक घर की चाह थी, वह उसे मिल गया ठीक ही तो है–अंधा चाहे दो आँखें।
  3. अब पछताए होत क्या जब चिड़िया चुग गई खेत (काम खराब हो जाने के बाद पछताना बेकार है) – पूरे वर्ष तो पढ़े नहीं अब परीक्षा में फेल हो गए, तो आँसू बहा रहे हो। बेटा, अब पछताए होत क्या जब चिड़िया चुग गई खेत।।
  4. आटे के साथ घुन भी पिस जाता है (अपराधी के साथ निर्दोष भी दंड भुगतता है) – क्षेत्र में दंगा तो गुंडों ने मचाया, पुलिस दुकानदारों को भी पकड़कर ले गई। इसे कहते हैं, आटे के साथ घुन भी पिस जाता है।
  5. आगे नाथ न पीछे पगहा (जिम्मेदारी का न होना) – पिता के देहांत के बाद रोहन बिलकुल स्वतंत्र हो गया है। आगे नाथ न पीछे पगहा।।
  6. धोबी का कुत्ता न घर का न घाट का (कहीं का न रहना) – बार-बार दल-बदल करने वाले नेता की स्थिति धोबी के कुत्ते ‘ जैसी हो जाती है, वह ने घर का न घाट का रह जाता है।
  7. खोदा पहाड़ निकली चुहिया (अधिक परिश्रम कम लाभ) – सारा दिन परिश्रम के बाद भी कुछ नहीं मिला।
  8. आ बैल मुझे मार (जान बूझकर मुसीबत मोल लेना) – बेटे के जन्मदिन पर पहले सबको बुला लिया अब खर्चे का रोना रोता है। सच है आ बैल मुझे मार।

  13. जैसी करनी वैसी भरनी (कार्य के हिसाब से फल मिलना) – नेहा ने पूरा साल खेल कूद में बिता दिया, इसलिए परीक्षा में उसके अच्छे अंक नहीं आए। इसे कहते हैं-जैसी करनी वैसी भरनी।
  14. दाल-भात में मूसलचंद (व्यर्थ टाँग अड़ाने वाला) – हम दोनों के बीच बोलने वाले तुम कौन होते हो? दाल-भात में मूसलचंद बनने की आवश्यकता नहीं।
  15. नदी में रहकर मगर से बैर (बलवान से बैर नहीं करना चाहिए) – अपने ही बॉस के खिलाफ तुम शिकायत दर्ज करा रहे हो, पर ध्यान रखना, नदी में रहकर मगर से बैर करना अच्छा नहीं।

Once the verification is finished and all details are found correct, he/she would certainly sign the same and send it to the department for confirmation by the verification officer appointed by the District Collector
  • Verification by the Verification Officer: the verification officer appointed by the District Collector will conduct physical and documentary verification and submit his report either accepting or rejecting the scholarship application.
  • Scrutiny by the Welfare Officer: before each and every application is taken up for permission it is the responsibility of the welfare officer to satisfy himself of the verification by the college principal and the verification officer and finally sanction the scholarship.

Merit cum Means Scholarship for BPL students, Kerala is provided by the Government of Kerala for talented and meritorious students that are under the poverty line. The scholarship period commences from January every year. The students have to obtain a registration form from their respective school principals.

  • Eligibility: The candidate must be pursuing their course form a government or a government-aided school. Furthermore, the candidate must belong to the Below Poverty Line category. The attendance percentage must not be less than 70%.

Central Sector Scholarship 2019-20: Central Sector Scholarship Scheme for College and University Students (CSSS) is a centrally-funded merit-cum-means scholarship started by the Department of Higher Education of MHRD. Central Sector Scholarship Scheme Key Objective

The Central Sector Scholarship Scheme is offered to meritorious students of College and University which aims to provide financial support to those scholars who come from low-income group families. The capital provided supporting this scholarship helps the students to meet his/her daily costs acquired while persevering graduate or postgraduate studies in general or professional courses.

Central Sector Scholarship Amount

Central Sector Scholarship grants a total of 82,000 scholarships each year, amongst which 50% of the scholarship is reserved for girl candidates and the rest 50% is allotted for boy candidates. All these scholarships are issued to the State Education Boards on the base of the population group of 18 to 25 years age group in the individual State, after separating the share of CBSE and ICSE.

Moreover, the scholarships allocated to State Education Boards are arranged in the ratio of 3:2:1 among the pass-outs of Science, Commerce and Arts students, respectively. To make the application procedure easy and accessible for candidates, MHRD enables students to fill the Central Sector Scholarship application form for the scholarship, online through the National Scholarship Portal (NSP).

  • Candidates applying from NSP for the first time required to register with the National scholarship portal Registration as a new user.
  • Fill in all the necessary information and click on ‘Register’ to get enrolled. The candidate’s application ID and password are sent on the registered mobile number.
  • The candidates need to log in to the NSP website using the recently generated ID and password. An OTP is sent on the registered mobile number using which the applicant must replace his/her password.
  • Once the password is modified, the applicants are directed to the Applicant’s Dashboard Page, where they need to click on ‘Application form’ to begin the application process.
  • The candidates need to give all the required details such as registration details, academic details, basic details, contact details and scheme chose.
  • All the required documents in support of identity and academic eligibility must be uploaded by the applicants.
  • Now, the filled-in application form must be saved as a draft so that the applicant can check every detail once again to make sure they are correct.
  • Finally, the candidate must click on the ‘Submit’ button to submit the completed scholarship application form.
  • These online scholarships submitted by the applicants are tested at two levels one at institute level where the candidate is studying and the other at education board level through which the candidate passed his/her class 12 exam.

Central Sector Scholarship Renewal Form

The scholarship is renewed every year up to Post Graduate level in the same stream. For all professional courses, the scholarship will be renewed until Graduation level. For all the courses the scholarship would be renewed up to a maximum of five (5) years. The renewal of the scholarship is further subject to the student meeting the following criteria:-

  • Secured 60% or more marks for the two preceding semesters or annual examination which determines his/her promotion to the next class
  • Maintenance of attendance of at least 75% by the scholars and
  • Maintenance of discipline i.e. the scholars should not have been involved in any ragging activities.

Class 12th pass out students of the academic year 2008 to 2014, are required to apply directly to respective State Education Boards/CBSE and submit their renewal application form duly certified from their respective institutions. The renewal of the scholarship is subject to the student has scored 60 % or more marks in the previous exam, having 75 % attendance and not involved in ragging activities. Renewal applications directly sent to the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education, National Scholarship Division would NOT be entertained.

Schemes of National Scholarship Portal

National Scholarship Portal covers scholarships for students of all the classes such as 1st to Ph.D. There are majorly three schemes provided by NSP under following categories:

There are many different departments that are operating under the Government of India and they drive a number of scholarships to help scholars pursue their dream educational career without any financial pressure. Similar to the central government, the state government also grants scholarships for learners who are the domicile of their respective states. Wherein many state governments run their own scholarship portal where students can apply, but few prefer inviting applications through the National Scholarship 2019 Portal. How To Apply for National Scholarship Portal?

To apply for a scholarship follow the below steps for National Scholarship Portal Registration

  • Students applying for a scholarship for the first time (Fresh Students) need to “Register” on the portal as a fresh applicant by providing accurate and authenticated information as printed on their documents in the “Student Registration Form”.
  • The registration form is required to be filled by parents/guardians of students who are below the age of 18 years on the date of registration.
  • Before initiating the registration process, students /Parents/guardian are advised to keep the following documents handy
    • Educational documents of the student.
    • Student’s Bank account number and IFSC code of the bank branch
      Note: For the pre-matric scholarship scheme, where students do not have their own bank account, parents can provide their own account details. However, the parents’ account number can only be used against scholarship applications for a maximum of two children.
    • Aadhaar number of the Student
    • If Aadhaar is not available, then Bonafide student certificate from Institute / School and
    • Aadhaar Enrolment ID or Scanned copy of Bank passbook
    • If Institute/School is different from the domicile state of the applicant, then Bonafide student certificate from Institute / School.
  • Details to be filled in the National Scholarship application form are
    • Date of Birth (DOB)
    • State of Domicile
    • Scholarship Category
    • Name of Student
    • Mobile Number
    • Email Id
    • Bank account details
    • Identification Details
  • After submitting the application, the default login id and password to log into the National Scholarship Portal Login will be sent to the provided mobile number. In case the password is not received, the option for forgot a password at the login page shall be used.
  • Students are advised to provide “Annual Family Income” as per the Income Certificate issued by a competent authority in their scholarship application.

In the case of Existing User

  • Apply for National Scholarship Portal Renewal 2019-20 with your ‘Application Id’ and Date of Birth which you registered previous year.
  • A student can also use ‘Forgot Application ID’ to retrieve their ID.
  • Only those students would be able to renew who had actually received the scholarship payments during the previous year from NSP.

In Case of Forgot Password

In case, if students have forgotten their password, there is no need to worry they can easily change their password by National Scholarship Portal Student login into the National Scholarship Portal Forgot Password

National Merit Scholarship – Scholarship Registration Tracking

Once you are done with the complete application, the NSP also offers the provision for tracking your current application status through the ‘Check Your Status’ tab. National Scholarship Portal – Apply Through its Mobile App

Considering the advent of mobile technology, the Government of India has launched its ‘National Scholarship Portal Mobile App’ in the year 2018 to make scholarship applications easier and more convenient for the students. The students can download and install the mobile app through the Google Play Store on their respective mobile devices.

Also, there is an availability of the NSP mobile app in the ‘UMANG’ app launched by the government earlier. So, if you already have the UMANG app installed on your mobile devices, you can start applying for the scholarships too by registering at NSP mobile app. The app covers end to end services of the National Scholarship Portal. You can not only get access to NSP scholarships but also apply for them in just a few simple steps.

Applying procedures for Scholarship Schemes for both Fresh and Renewal are given below:

  • New Registration: Student has to Click on the option “Student Login”, on the home page of the National Scholarships Portal. Fill up the application as per the instructions are given by the system then click on the Save button. After saving, the student will get a “Temporary ID”. The system will instruct the applicant to submit his/her Temporary ID and date of birth to fill subsequent details. Once registration is complete on the click of the submit button, a Permanent Registration ID is generated which can be used for Renewal and tracking the status of the application.
  • Renewal: Renewal Students have to apply with their Application Id and Date of Birth which they registered in the previous year. Students can also use Forgot Application ID to retrieve their ID. Only those students would be able to Renew who had actually got the scholarship payments last year from NSP 1.0.

How to check the status of my application?

Answer:
Students can check the status of Online Application by submitting his/her Permanent id and Date Of Birth and open the link “Check your Status”.

National Scholarship Application Form 2019-20: National Scholarship Application Form can be downloaded from the National Scholarship Portal. National Scholarship Application Form Process

To access the national scholarship application form, students must first visit the homepage at https://scholarships.gov.in/. Moreover, students can also access the application form through the National Scholarship Portal Mobile App.

Step – 1: First Time Registration

  • Click on the “New Registration” field.
  • You will then be presented with the guidelines for the process. Read through the instructions carefully before proceeding.
  • Click “Continue” to proceed
  • Fill in the required fields.
  • Then click “Register”.
  • You will then receive your student application ID along with its password on mobile registered at the time of application.

Step – 2: Logging in & Changing Password

  • Use the new application ID and password to log in.
  • Upon login, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification.
  • Enter the OTP
  • You will then be instructed to change the current password
  • Change the password and click continue.

Step – 3: Accessing the Dashboard

  • Post changing the password, you will be directed to the Applicant’s Dashboard.
  • Select “Application Form” to start the process.
  • Fill in the required details and click on “Save and Continue”.
  • Provide updated contact details and the scheme of choice
  • Upload the prescribed documents
  • Click “Save as draft”
  • If any errors are present, they will show up at this stage.
  • Rectify errors, if any; then click on the “Final submit.”

Note: After the final submission, the application cannot be edited, hence cross-verify all details beforehand.

National Scholarship Portal Registration: NSP is a digital scholarship program that offers various scholarships offered by the central government, state governments, and other government organizations like AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), UGC (University Grants Commission), etc. This Portal hosts about 50 scholarships amongst the scholarship seekers worth hundreds of crores, posted on the platform. How to Register for National Scholarship Portal?

To register for NSP Scholarship Registration students need National Scholarship Application Form and they also need to follow the below steps;

  • Students registering for NSP scholarship for the first time (Fresh Students) have to “Register” on the National Scholarship portal as a fresh applicant by providing correct and authenticated details as mentioned on their documents in the “Student Registration Form”.
  • The application form is expected to be filled by parents/guardians of scholars who are below the age of 18 years at the time of registration.
  • Before starting the registration process, students /Parents/guardian are recommended to keep the following certificates handy:
    • Educational documents of the student.
    • Student’s Bank account number and IFSC code of the bank branch
      Note: For the pre-matric scholarship scheme, where students do not have their own bank account, parents can provide their own account details. However, parents’ account numbers can only be used against scholarship applications for a maximum of two children.
    • Aadhaar number of the Student
    • If Aadhaar is not available, then Bonafide student certificate from Institute / School and
    • Aadhaar Enrolment ID or Scanned copy of Bank passbook
    • If Institute/School is different from the domicile state of the applicant, then Bonafide student certificate from Institute / School.
  • Details to be filled in the application form are;
    • Date of Birth (DOB)
    • State of Domicile
    • Scholarship Category
    • Name of Student
    • Mobile Number
    • Email Id

  • After submitting the application, the default login id and password to log into the NSP portal will be sent to the provided mobile number. In case the password is not received, the option for forgot a password at the login page shall be used.
  • Students are advised to provide “Annual Family Income” as per the Income Certificate issued by a competent authority in their scholarship application.

In the case of Existing User

  • Apply for scholarship renewal with your ‘Application Id’ and Date of Birth which you registered previous year.
  • A student can also use ‘Forgot Application ID’ to retrieve their ID.
  • Only those students would be able to renew who had actually received the scholarship payments during the previous year from NSP.

Oasis Scholarship Application Procedure 2020

Step – 1: Registration

  • Visit the official website, oasis.gov.
  • Click on “Student’s registration” on the home page.
  • Select the district where your school/college is based.
  • The next webpage will appear for caste verification. Fill in the details and click on submit.
  • Once the caste certificate is verified, you will be addressed to the online registration page. Fill in all necessary fields and click on the submit button.

Step – 2: Log in with your credentials

  • After successful registration, the student can download their permanent user id/application number and password via the “Download login information/acknowledgment slip” button.
  • Enter the application number/user id and password and click on the “Login Now” button.
  • Once logged in, fill the further details and bank information carefully and click on ‘Save and Proceed’.

Step – 3: Review and Lock

Once the student has filled all the information in the application form, they can click on the “Verify and Lock” button to save all the information filled. Once you have saved the information filled, you cannot make any changes further. So, make sure you before locking the details, enter the correct information in the application form.

Step – 4: Print and Submit

After saving the application form, click on the “Download Application Form” button to get the computer-generated copy of the filled-in application form. Submit the printed copy of the duly-filled application form along with the copies of all supporting documents to the concerned BDO (Block Development Officer) for Block area or PO cum DWO for municipality corporation.

Oasis Scholarship Renewal Process

After winning the scholarships through the Oasis scholarship website in the previous years, students have to renew those every year. For renewal, the application process is slightly different. Find the below steps with a description of the renewal process:

  • Visit the official website, oasis.org.
  • Click on the “Renew Scholarship”  option in the student’s section.
  • Login using the registered user id/application number and password.
  • Verify the earlier entered details and make changes if needed.
  • Once the student has verified his/her previously existing information, they can click on the “Renew Application” button.
  • Enter the information about the present academic session, that he/she is seeking.
  • Click on the “Renew and Lock application” button.

SSP Scholarship 2019-2020: The State Scholarship Portal (SSP) initiated by the Center for e-Governance, Government of Karnataka (GoK). SSP Scholarship portal is launched for sanctioning of Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarships of GoK. The government of Karnataka offers many Metric Pre-Scholarship (ಮೆಟ್ರಿಕ್ ಪೂರ್ವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನ) and Post-Matric Scholarships to eligible candidates. There are a total of 4 departments that offers scholarships through SSP to meritorious and needy students. Karnataka State Scholarship Portal

Govt of Karnataka offers many scholarships to students belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Minority Communities/General (Economically Weaker Section) through SSP Portal Scholarship 2020. Students of Minority Communities studying from class 1 to 10th can apply for the Pre-Matric Scholarship. In the same way, students studying in class 11th and 12th can apply for Post-Matric Scholarship. SSP Post Matric Scholarship 2020

This Scholarship offered by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India. SSP Scholarship Pre-Matric Scholarship

This scholarship aims to provide financial support to students belonging to Minority Communities of Karnataka State. This scholarship is available for students studying from Class 1 to 10th. It is mandatory for all eligible students to apply both under NSP & SSP to avail of this scholarship. Students who have applied under NSP Govt of India are only eligible to apply under SSP Govt of Karnataka. Students can fill the application form and apply online on or before 30th September 2019. SSP Post Matric 2019 last date is 30th September 2019.

Eligibility

  • Students must be secured at least 50 % marks in the previous examination (not applicable for 1st standard students).
  • The student’s family income from all sources should not be more than 1 Lakh per annum.

  • Go to ‘http://sts.karnataka.gov.in/STS/front/loadindexhome.htm’ to know your SATS ID.
  • Student details fetched from SATS displays on your screen. Click on the ‘Save & Proceed’. if the SATS details are correct then click ‘Yes’ and continue. Otherwise, click on ‘No’ and provide your correct SATS ID. If your SATS ID is correct but the name and other details are incorrect, then you should contact the school for corrections.
  • Enter your mobile number and click on ‘Submit’.
  • An OTP will generate and sent to your given mobile number.
  • Confirm OTP then change your password as per instructions prescribed in the same page.
  • Click on Submit. You will get your User ID and Password in the given mobile number.
  • After this, enter the User ID and password and Login to your account.

SSP Portal

  • After SSP login Scholarship, you can see the ‘Student Account’ homepage.
  • Enter Aadhar details, Student NSP ID, Income and Caste Certificate RD number, and select Religion. Select Day Scholar or Hosteller and fill Student Personal details.
  • Then, click on the ‘Save & Proceed’ to generate acknowledgment.
  • After this, you can see the acknowledgment page on your screen.  If your parent has Aadhaar, then click on “e-Sign”. An OTP will be sent to your parent’s registered Aadhar mobile number, confirm OTP.  If your parent’s registered Aadhar mobile number is not active, then they will not get OTP. In this case, download the Consent Form from the SSP website, fill and submit to the school.
  • Then, students need to take a printout of an acknowledgment and submit to their respective school.

The selection of eligible students based on financial status and family income. If two or more student’s family income is the same then the DOB of students will be considered. That means students possessing more age will be preferred. Only eligible candidates will receive the scholarship benefits. The benefits cover course fees and other expenditures. Every year UP scholarship schemes is announced for the students who want to seek the accomplishment for their higher education.   • Click on the “Student” section and choose “New Registration”.
  • Pick the scholarship for which you need to apply.

  • Take the print out of the registration slip for later reference.

Important Instructions for UP Scholarship

  • UP scholarship is fairly available for all the candidates belonging to any of the categories such as General, OBC, SC, ST.
  • Applicants from those institutes, which are blacklisted by the government, are not eligible to apply for the scholarship. These barred colleges include Chaudhary Babulal Institute of Technology and Management, Hathras, Excellence College of Professional Studies, Meerut and Shri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, Baghpat.
  • It is necessary for students to attach a hardcopy of the photocopy of the bank passbook with the application form.
  • Registrants must submit the application form in the department concerned, in person and must receive the receipt.
  • Candidates must provide their own effective email ID and mobile phone number.
  • All the details and documents produced by the candidate must be authentic and real. If the given information is obtained wrong, then the application and data collected will be rejected.
  • Suspect applications will not be sent for scholarship and will be discarded at the same time.
  • Failed students are not eligible and should not apply for the scholarship.
